Lavazza's Assistant
Lavazza's virtual assistant helps the user with the My Way subscriptions.
The Assistant introduces itself each time in a slightly different way to avoid the repetition effect. In the meantime the users receive suggestions about the queries they can ask. If the user asks these or other specific questions, the Assistant provides a precise reply on the topic.
Whereas, if the user just expresses a general interest, the Assistant shows them the different kind of subscriptions available through a guided path.
At the end of the path, the Assistant always asks if there's something else it can help the user with. Here's the examples for a "yes" followed up by the new query, and for a "no", that leads to an evaluation request.
Throughout the experience the user can signal if the Assistant's answer was good or if it didn't solve their doubts.
